Overview:

As a senior marketing specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in helping to develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand exposure and increase sales.

  • Content Creation: Write engaging scripts for promotional videos and create compelling content for social media platforms, including reels.

  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Meta and social media advertising, to effectively reach target audiences.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and brand positioning.

  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies.

  • Team Player: Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team and contribute to team goal

  • Oversee: brand resources and processes to maintain consistency across all channels, including message frameworks, visual assets, key terminology, accurate data, and highlights.

  • Adhere: to budgetary guidelines as outlined in the marketing plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech sector.

  • Strong creative skills with a demonstrated ability to write engaging content and scripts.

  • Experience in creating social media reels and visual content.

  • Knowledge of social media advertising.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
