Abwaab | Product Coordinator

Location - Baghdad, Iraq

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Product Coordinator to support our cross-functional teams in delivering impactful product experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication, tracking requests, and ensuring smooth collaboration between our Iraq team and central product functions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product-related communications and updates across teams.

• Track and follow up on local requests and ensure timely support and visibility.

• Support with localization efforts and content coordination.

• Collect feedback and relevant data to inform product improvements.

• Maintain documentation and request trackers to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in coordination, product support, or operations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, task boards, or CRM platforms.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with EdTech or digital content platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
