About the Role
The Guided Learning Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution, quality, and scalability of Abwaab’s guided learning programs. This role is responsible for supervising a team of tutors/mentors, managing daily learning operations, and ensuring students receive consistent, high-quality academic support.
The Supervisor acts as the operational backbone of guided learning—bridging students, tutors, and management—while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across learning workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision & Performance Management
Supervise, guide, and support tutors/mentors in delivering structured and effective guided learning sessions.
Conduct daily, weekly, and periodic performance reviews to ensure the team is fully utilized and aligned with defined KPIs.
Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and corrective actions to maintain quality and consistency.
Support tutor onboarding, scheduling, performance tracking, and team scale-up as needed.
Student Progress & Learning Operations
Track and monitor student progress across assigned learning paths using data and performance indicators.
Ensure timely follow-ups, check-ins, and interventions to support student engagement and motivation.
Identify learning gaps, risks, or drop-offs and escalate issues proactively to the Guided Learning Manager.
Ensure learners are following personalized study plans and receiving appropriate academic support.
Process Management & Adaptability
Adapt quickly to changes in learning processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
Help implement updates, improvements, and new initiatives across guided learning operations.
Ensure clarity, visibility, and structure when managing large student and tutor communities.
Decision-Making & Leadership
Act as a confident decision-maker in day-to-day academic and operational matters.
Influence and guide the team toward best practices, accountability, and results.
Serve as a reliable operational partner to the Guided Learning Manager.
Research, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Conduct research and analysis to improve learning outcomes, tutor performance, and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports and insights on team performance, student engagement, and learning effectiveness.
Contribute to scaling strategies and operational planning as guided learning programs grow.
Requirements
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in tutoring, academic coordination, learner support, or learning operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (students, tutors, internal teams).
Comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and using digital tools.
High adaptability to change in processes and workflows.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or coordinator role.
Experience working with large student or tutor communities.
Familiarity with EdTech platforms or digital learning tools.
Experience with K–12 or high-school students.
Preferred Qualifications:
