Location - Baghdad, Iraq

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Team Lead to oversee and support the daily operations of the outbound sales team. The role will be responsible for managing sales representatives, driving team performance, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring achievement of sales and collection targets.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, performance-oriented, and capable of leading a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining strong communication, follow-up, and team management practices.

Responsibilities:

Sales Team Management & Leadership :

  • Lead, supervise, and support the outbound sales team to achieve sales and operational targets.

  • Monitor daily team activities, productivity, attendance, and overall performance.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Support onboarding and training of new sales representatives.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, collections, and team performance metrics.

  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads, subscriptions, renewals, and customer engagement activities.

  • Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve sales results.

  • Support achievement of revenue, retention, and collection targets.

Operational Follow-Up & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and operational trackers.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, collections, and customer follow-ups.

  • Coordinate closely with Sales Operations and management to maintain workflow efficiency.

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support handling escalated customer cases and operational concerns when needed.

  • Ensure professional communication standards across the sales team.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to support sales execution and customer experience.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Support the implementation and adherence to sales processes, scripts, and operational standards.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales operations, follow-up processes, and team efficiency.

  • Maintain proper documentation and operational discipline within the team.

Requirements and skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Success, or related roles.

  • Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is preferred.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and drive results.

  • Strong organizational and team management skills.

  • Experience working with CRMs, sales trackers, and reporting tools is preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools, especially Excel/Sheets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
