Are you exceptional and hungry to work in a scaling business through transformation and growth? Join us and change the world.

Job Summary

Andela’s Solutions organization designs and delivers AI, Cloud, Data, and Learning solutions for enterprise clients. The Learning Solutions Manager owns learning as a solution vertical within this portfolio — responsible for identifying and validating opportunities, designing programs, building commercial repeatability, and driving measurable client outcomes.

This is not a traditional L&D role as the Head of Learning Solutions. You operate like a product and business leader: validating demand, designing for outcomes, packaging for scale, and iterating on data. You will start as an individual contributor with scope to build a team as the vertical matures. You’ll work closely with our key partners like GitHub, OpenAI and Anthropic. And you’ll team with a variety of cross functional teams including Talent Operations, Delivery, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.

Exceptional Leadership

As an Andelan, you’ll serve as a role model for the rest of the company, you do not need to manage people to be a leader at Andela! Think about the feedback your peers typically give you – if it usually sounds like the below, we want to hear from you.

  • Low ego, low drama: You share credit, take blame. You like being wrong because it means someone else had an even better idea.

  • One team mentality: You break silos across teams. You put the company and mission first above your team alone.

  • Great listener, hungry for feedback: You’re always seeking to improve – our product, our business, yourself. You solicit diverse opinions and deeply listen.

  • Owner, not renter: You see a problem, you fix it or find someone who will. The buck stops with you.

  • Team-player: You roll up your sleeves and get scrappy. You do this by proactively collaborating with your team while actively engaging in important details that matter.

  • Business problem solver: You’re not just a functional expert; you consistently get praise for approaching your function through the lens of solving business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Discovery & Incubation (~30%)

  • Identify and validate enterprise learning opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, client engagement, and signals from Andela’s Talent Network

  • Design learning solution concepts targeting reskilling needs across AI/ML, Cloud, Data, and Software Engineering domains — with AI as the primary focus

  • Build business cases including market sizing, competitive positioning, pricing models, and revenue projections

  • Lead proof-of-concept programs demonstrating measurable learner outcomes and client ROI

  • Present solution investment recommendations to cross-functional leadership

Solution Design & Technical Leadership (~30%)

  • Define curriculum architecture, assessment frameworks, hands-on lab architectures, post-training community building strategies, and certification pathways for enterprise learning programs

  • Drive decisions on modality (live, virtual, self-paced, cohort-based), platform selection, and technology integration

  • Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted delivery tools — adaptive platforms, AI copilots, intelligent tutoring systems

  • Build program design standards, templates, and replication playbooks

  • Leverage strategic partnerships to scale learning content development and refresh cycles (GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Google, NVIDIA, CNCF, etc.)

Client Partnership & Engagement Design (~25%)

  • Lead discovery and scoping for complex enterprise reskilling engagements, translating workforce transformation goals into structured program requirements

  • Facilitate design workshops, steering committees, and outcome reviews with client stakeholders (HR, Engineering, Business Unit leadership)

  • Define engagement models, milestones, and success criteria that Delivery executes against

  • Drive iterative program refinement based on learner performance data and client feedback

Commercialisation & Go-to-Market (~15%)

  • Transform successful pilots into scalable, repeatable offerings with recurring revenue potential

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials for learning solutions

  • Support pre-sales activities — solution design, presentations, and proposals

  • Build playbooks enabling rapid solution replication across client engagements

  • Track and report on solution adoption, revenue contribution, and market traction

Essential:

  • 5+ years in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education; at least 3 years in a solution design or product leadership capacity

  • Understanding of enterprise reskilling at scale (50–500+ learners per cohort)

  • Hands-on experience packaging and promoting certification-driven programs across AI/ML, Cloud, Data, or Software Engineering.

  • Possesses a strong technical fluency and comfort with technical education curricula. Demonstrable ability to effectively engage with L&D department heads at target firms.

  • Proven ability to build financial models, business cases, and commercialisation strategies

  • Track record of delivering measurable impact of learning: e.g. product adoption and learner satisfaction

  • Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable engaging CHROs, CTOs, and Business Unit Heads, and Heads of L&D

Preferred:

  • Background in professional services, consulting, or workforce transformation (e.g., Accenture, Pluralsight, Coursera for Business)

  • Experience launching or scaling new learning product lines or digital education offerings

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted learning delivery and modern LMS/LXP platforms at enterprise scale

  • Data-driven approach to program optimisation — able to interpret performance metrics and translate into design improvements

  • Experience working with global distributed teams and talent networks
