Apna is looking for dynamic professionals with a proven track record to join our team and drive our recruitment efforts. If you are a seasoned recruiter with 1+ years of experience in high-volume hiring for non-tech roles such as Field Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, and BPO, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs, focusing on non-tech roles including Field Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, and BPO positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person/virtual interviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other hiring events to attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in bulk hiring for non-tech roles such as Field Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, and BPO positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
