Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to effectively manage and nurture existing and potential customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, particularly Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information to customers and team members.
- Proven negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets with clients.
- Ability to solve problems swiftly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain a strong client base.
- Focus on target achievement to meet and exceed sales quotas and goals continuously.
- Identify and target potential customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) products.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively reaching out to potential clients and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Track and report sales activities, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and enhance sales skills.
