The Telecaller Executive plays a key role in driving the company's outreach efforts by communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong customer service orientation to build relationships with clients over the phone.

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services and offerings
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with clients to establish rapport
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and track the progress of these leads
- Document calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer inquiries and market trends
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills, with familiarity in using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary
