Telecaller Executive

The Telecaller Executive plays a key role in driving the company's outreach efforts by communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong customer service orientation to build relationships with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services and offerings
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with clients to establish rapport
  • Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and track the progress of these leads
  • Document calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer inquiries and market trends


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Basic computer and data entry skills, with familiarity in using CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary
  • 6 days Working
