Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to drive sales.
* Maintain a sales pipeline and close sales.
* Handle objections and negotiate prices.
* Understand our products/services and effectively explain their benefits to clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* At least 1 year of sales experience in the K-12 EdTech industry.
* Experience in the K-12 Test Prep segment is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Strong sales skills, communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Proficient in using CRM software.
