We are seeking a talented and experienced B2B Event Marketing Manager to join our Enterprise Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Apna's B2B event strategy, including exhibitions, conferences, and in-house event IPs. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in event execution, vendor management, and marketing operations to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Plan and execute Apna's presence at industry events, including exhibitions, and conferences, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and manage proprietary event IPs, including speaker curation & acquisition, delegate acquisition, and audience engagement strategies
  • Work closely with event agencies and production vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Handle end-to-end marketing operations within the team by coordinating with designers and content marketers to ensure timely execution of event-related collaterals, branding, and communications
  • Collaborate with finance teams for budget approvals, vendor payments, and financial tracking
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for event logistics, production, branding, and on-ground execution
  • Develop post-event reports and analysis, capturing insights on lead generation, audience engagement, and overall event success
  • Ensure smooth operations for all marketing activities, maintaining alignment with broader business goals
  • Manage databases and run targeted email campaigns in collaboration with content marketers and designers, leveraging email automation tools for effective outreach
  • Conduct market research on industry events, identifying relevant conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities that align with Apna's objectives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to refine and enhance Apna's event marketing strategies

Requirement

  • Relevant experience in B2B event marketing, conference production, & marketing operations
  • Proven experience in exhibiting at industry events and working with event/production agencies
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute large-scale events while managing stakeholders across functions
  • Strong understanding of vendor management, delegate acquisition, and speaker curation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with finance teams on budgets, invoices, and cost tracking
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders
  • Not Mandatory - A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
