Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the companys workforce needs. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying qualified candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
