🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• 📚 Provide personalized academic & career counselling
• 🗣️ Address queries on courses, eligibility, fees, and scholarships
• 📞 Handle inbound/outbound calls and convert leads into enrollments
• 🎯 Achieve monthly targets with confidence and consistency
• 🧾 Maintain clear communication with students and parents
• 🔍 Stay up to date on educational trends & competitive programs
• 💻 Keep accurate records in CRM and manage student databases
• 👥 Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 UG/PG in Education, Psychology, or relevant fields
• 💼 6 months–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or career guidance
• 🖥️ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred)
• 🗣️ Fluent in English & Hindi
• 💬 Excellent interpersonal, communication & persuasion skills
• 🗓️ Flexible to work 6 days/week (rotational weekly off)
