Title: Webinar Associate

Location: Bangalore (WFO - Domlur)

Experience: 1-3 years

CTC: 5-6L

What You'll do:

• Host and manage online webinars for both pre-sales (to drive conversions) and post-sales (to support engagement)
• Present program details, address student queries, and handle objections effectively during live sessions
• Coordinate with internal teams and guest speakers to ensure smooth webinar execution
• Manage webinar setup, scheduling, logistics, and post-event follow-ups
• Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to improve future sessions
• Support onboarding and program success through informative online sessions
  

What We're Looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in hosting online webinars, student engagement, or EdTech sales
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Confident, organized, and proactive in managing end-to-end webinar delivery
• Comfortable handling both promotional and support-focused sessions
