Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS sales experience, preferably with BOT Automation solutions, and solid relationships across major BFSI accounts. This role requires an independent, customer-focused professional who can manage the region single-handedly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, and closures.
- Grow business within key BFSI clients across Chennai market
- Present and articulate technology solutions to CXOs and decision-makers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable SaaS/automation offerings.
- Independently manage all Chennai-based customer relationships.
- Good negotiations skills
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Background in SaaS sales; BOT Automation experience is a strong plus.
- Proven track record with BFSI accounts in Chennai.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a standalone regional role.
