JD: Associate - AI Solution Delivery (Delivery Associate) | apna (Blue Machines)
Location: Bangalore (Domlur) | Work from Office | 2-4 years
The job, in plain terms
You’ll translate real client workflows into AI agents that drive measurable outcomes; safely, consistently, and at scale- “The Blue Machines Way”
Not demos. Not “prompt engineering as a hobby.” You’ll work with client realities: unclear requirements, edge cases, escalations, compliance, and outcomes that need to be delivered.
What you’ll actually do
- Sit with client teams to map what’s really happening (not what the SOP says).
- You’ll support live deployments: monitor performance, triage issues, run test calls, and keep agents stable as volume and edge cases grow
- Build and improve conversational AI agents with guardrails, fallbacks, and escalation paths.
- Provide production support: monitor dashboards/logs, triage issues, document incidents, and ship fixes with clear release notes
- Analyze and spot failure patterns, and ship iterative improvements weekly.
- Define success metrics and run tight feedback loops (quality, containment, latency, CSAT, ticket deflection).
- Write crisp internal updates and client-facing change notes.
- Operate in ambiguity; own problems end-to-end.
You’ll do well here if you…
- Ask sharp questions before touching the solution.
- Can explain tradeoffs without hand-waving.
- Care about evaluation, not vibes.
- Are resilient: you iterate when things are tested, and you can iterate towards perfection.
- Communicate clearly in writing.
What we don’t care about
- Fancy buzzwords.
- “I’m passionate about AI” with no evidence of doing hard work.
- Perfect grammar more than clear thinking.
- Why this role exists
- We’re deploying agents into real workflows at speed and scale for enterprises & organization across the world. The agents must be useful, safe, measurable, and continuously improved.
- If it doesn’t hold up in the real world, it doesn’t count.
