The Role
As Senior Director of AI Solutions & Delivery, you will lead the team responsible for turning
the Blue Machines platform into successful, repeatable enterprise deployments.
This is a senior ownership role at the intersection of product implementation, solutioning,
and delivery execution. You will own customer delivery outcomes end-to-end—while building a
scalable delivery model that protects product integrity and feeds real-world learnings back into
the platform.
This is not a traditional customer success or services role. Success is measured by
time-bound project outcomes, not relationship management. Enterprise trust in voice AI is
built at delivery. This role ensures what we sell is what customers experience—reliably,
repeatedly, and at scale.
Experience:
Most candidates who succeed in this role have ~10-15 years of experience across product
implementation, delivery, platform, consulting, or enterprise-facing roles. We value recent,
relevant experience over total tenure. Specific Voice AI experience not required.
What You’ll Own
● End-to-end delivery of enterprise voice AI implementations (scope, timelines, quality,
outcomes)
● Leadership of a multidisciplinary delivery org:
○ AI / Delivery Solution Leads (Forward Deployment Experts)
○ Solution Architects
○ Integration Engineers
○ Project / Program Managers
● Solution design and implementation decisions across orchestration, workflows,
telephony, integrations, and AI behavior
● Delivery playbooks, standards, and reusable patterns
● Escalations, trade-offs, and delivery governance for complex customers
● Tight feedback loops from delivery into Product and Engineering
What We’re Looking For
● Strong problem solvers who are comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning
outcomes
● Some technical and product fluency (AI systems, integrations, platform trade-offs)
● Proven experience being the final owner of complex, customer-facing initiatives
● Instinct to build repeatable systems, not one-off solutions
● Ability to unlearn and adapt—comfortable in fast-moving, GenAI-native environments
