Channel Expertise:

  • Meta Ads Expertise:Create and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram with a focus to drive conversions
  • Google Ads Expertise: Run search, display & YouTube to drive conversions.
  • Other Social Media Ads: Create and manage campaigns on LinkedIn, and TikTok with a focus on audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

Analysis Expertise:

  • CRO Expertise: Understanding the whole marketing and sales funnel and improving the conversion rate in collaboration with business team.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data (CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) to identify performance trends and optimize accordingly.

Ad Creation

  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with design teams to create high-converting, culturally relevant ad creatives (images, videos, etc.) for the US market.
  • Copywriting: Develop ad copy that resonates with the US audience, considering cultural nuances and educational priorities.
  • A/B Testing: Test different versions of ads (visuals, headlines, CTAs) to determine which performs better for different audience segments.
  • Localization: Ensure that all ads are optimized for the USA market, including local language nuances, time zones, and academic seasons (e.g., back-to-school, graduation).
  • Campaigns : Ability to create multiple campaigns to ensure that Parents in USA are always engaged.

Prior experience -

(1) 2-3 years operating out of US market.

(2) Has worked in US Shift time.

(3) At least 2 years of experience in lead generation business

(4) Worked in scale up journey and optimisation journey across companies.Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
