Senior Digital Marketing (Education)

Responsibilities:

1.Cross-Channel Strategy:

  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Tiktok, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

2.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and optimize for conversions.

3.Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance the brand's presence.

4.Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies for tailored communication.

5.Content Marketing:

  • Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and informative content to attract and retain target audiences.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and educational values.

6.Paid Advertising:

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

7.Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

8.Budget Management:

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets for various channels, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of the Education industry and understanding of its unique challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas are a plus.
