Job Title: Arabic Speaking Calling Agent
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Arabic calling agent to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers, making outbound and handling inbound calls, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for demo classes provided by our EdTech platform. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding leads through the enrollment process, offering assistance, and maintaining accurate documentation of their journey with us.
Shift details - 8-9 hours shift + Saturday and Sunday working (6days)
Shift timings - 01:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Lebanon time)
Experience- Fresher candidates with exceptional communication skills in Arabic & English.
Notice Period- Immediate joiner
CTC - 250 $ per month
Location - WFH
Interview type - 1 audio video virtual interview rounds*
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound and inbound calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads, providing information about BrightChamps EdTech Platform's demo classes.
- Handle inbound calls from individuals interested in our demo classes, addressing queries, and providing relevant details.
2. Lead Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
- Guide leads through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Demo Class Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate demo classes for interested leads, aligning with their preferences and availability.
4. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress through our CRM system.
- Document feedback and any special requirements expressed by leads during the onboarding process.
5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights and feedback from lead interactions to improve our processes.
Qualifications and skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
