Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and oversee the development and deployment of high-quality software solutions. Development and Deployment: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, work with databases for efficient data management, and utilize AWS services for hosting and infrastructure needs. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor system performance, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
