To achieve this vision, we’re looking for a talented Motion & Graphic Designer to bring our stories to life through compelling visuals and animations. Your designs will play a key role in showcasing how BrightCHAMPS empowers young minds, making learning exciting and accessible. About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create designs for our marketing efforts including social media, website assets, paid ads, learning content etc.
Key Responsibilities
●Design engaging static graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, ad creatives, brochures, banners and emailers
●Collaborate with copywriters and motion designers to create cohesive, visually appealing stories
●Assist in creating brand collateral such as certificates, letterheads, and website visuals
●Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity across all visual assets
●Work closely with the Head of Branding to align designs with brand guidelines
●Partner with marketing teams to refine visuals for higher engagement and conversion
●Stay updated on design trends to ensure fresh and innovative creative output
Requirements
●A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
●Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
●A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social media creatives and marketing collateral
●Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy
●High attention to detail to deliver polished, pixel-perfect designs
●Good to have: Experience working with Canva
●Bonus: Knowledge of Figma and web/UI design principles
●Excellent communication and teamwork skills
●Familiarity with brand consistency and storytelling through design
●Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
●Aesthetic sensibility and problem-solving mindset
