BrightCHAMPS is a global K-12 EdTech platform focused on helping children aged 6–16 build future-ready skills through live, interactive learning experiences in coding, robotics, AI, financial literacy, communication, and math. We are looking for a Director of Sales – ROW to lead revenue growth across ANZ, UK, and GCC by building high-performing teams, driving consultative parent-focused sales, and scaling market-specific growth strategies in international K-12 segments.
Role Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (L1) with strong hands-on experience in AWS and modern cloud-native infrastructure. If you enjoy building scalable systems, automating deployments, and working with Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines, this role is for you.
Tech Stack You’ll Work On
You’ll be working in a high-scale AWS environment with multiple services including compute, storage, security, and data platforms.
Core focus areas:
Cloud: Amazon Web Services (EC2, VPC, Lambda, IAM, WAF, GuardDuty, CloudWatch)
Containers: Docker, Amazon EKS
IaC: Terraform
CI/CD: Jenkins
Version Control: Git
GitOps (ArgoCD – good to have)
Requirements
️ Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments
- Manage Kubernetes workloads on EKS
- Write and maintain Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning
- Handle production support, monitoring, and incident troubleshooting
- Implement security best practices (IAM, WAF, GuardDuty, Inspector)
- Work on scaling, reliability, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams for smooth deployments
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS fundamentals
- Docker & Kubernetes basics (EKS preferred)
- Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
- Linux troubleshooting skills
- Git workflows
- Basic scripting (Bash/Python)
Good to Have
- GitOps tools (ArgoCD / Flux)
- Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch advanced)
- Exposure to high-scale AWS environments
- Understanding of cost optimization across AWS services
- Experience with messaging systems (SQS, SNS, Kinesis)
