Job Overview:
The Coursera Enterprise team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, universities, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best industry and university content. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our offices in Mountain View, New York, London, Gurgaon, and Abu Dhabi.
Coursera is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Manager of Global Sales Enablement to join our Sales Effectiveness function within Enterprise Revenue Operations. In this role, you will primarily focus on sales productivity within our Enterprise segment, supporting initiatives such as continuing education and everboarding, skill development training, field manager development, sales and buying process initiatives, performance optimization, and global field onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, preferably within the SaaS industry, and demonstrate the ability to drive results across a diverse and growing global sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales enablement strategy focused on productivity initiatives within the Enterprise segment.
- Design and deliver engaging continuing education and everboarding programs, as well as skill development training, to ensure sustained and repeatable success for our global field team (SDRs, AEs, AMs, CSMs)
- Collaborate with field managers to develop and executive effective sales and buying process initiatives, fostering a consistent and high-performing sales methodology across the organization.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive global field onboarding program, ensuring new field members are quickly integrated and equipped for success.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and content, to develop sales tools and strategies tailored to regional and buyer persona-specific needs
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data, providing regular reports on sales enablement activities and performance to senior management and key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related field
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs
- Demonstrated history in organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales environments
- Deep understanding of sales enablement best practices, with experience in driving sales productivity and effectiveness in a global organization
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales training programs, onboarding processes, and evaluation methods
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and use insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in presentation, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Compensation:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $111,000 and 218,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
