About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our small but mighty team. This is an ideal role for someone with some product management experience who is eager to take on more ownership, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and stretch across different parts of the product function.

This is not a highly specialized PM role—we’re looking for a product athlete who is solid across multiple areas of product management, has deep strengths in a few, and can flex depending on what the business needs. The work will evolve, and this is a unique opportunity to grow quickly while shaping Disco’s product.

Please note that while we are remote, we area looking to hire candidates that reside in Canada.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive features from idea to launch, working across discovery, execution, and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact product improvements.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and internal teams to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly based on data and insights.
• Stay scrappy—whether it’s writing product specs, analyzing adoption data, or jumping in to support a launch, you’re hands-on and always looking for ways to move the product forward.
• Help shape and evolve our product development processes as we grow.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 1-3 years of experience in product management, in a SaaS tech startup environment.
• Adaptable & Growth-Oriented: You thrive in ambiguity, embrace change, and see evolving responsibilities as an opportunity.
• Scrappy & Action-Oriented: You roll up your sleeves and get things done—no task is too big or small.
• Data-Informed: You use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions, but you also trust your instincts when needed.
• Customer-Centric: You care deeply about user experience and take the time to understand customer needs.
• A Strong Communicator: You can clearly articulate ideas, rally stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams.
