Job Description
Overview
As an Email Administrator, you will work collaboratively with the Email Marketing Team and Corporate Marketing in taking email requests, scheduling assignments, and providing necessary assets to the team and managing event emails. You will be responsible for ensuring that our emails are scheduled to deploy on time and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a strong command of the English language, experience using project management tools, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with the email team and other internal stakeholders is essential.
This role is ideal for someone looking to further their skills and understanding of email marketing as well as digital marketing in general. Full training on our marketing platforms and email marketing theory will be given. This role will also focus on email marketing strategy, analytics and how to interpret learnings into actionable plans.
Responsibilities:
Intake email requests via the project management tool, Asana. This includes reviewing the email request briefs for completion and assigning tasks to the correct team members.
Maintain the Email Calendar with scheduled emails to share to stakeholders
Request lists from Marketing Operations using criteria provided by stakeholders and confirm with the email manager if the size is viable for a mailing via Pardot.
Upload email copy for machine translation as needed for localization/translation needs.
Paste and design emails in Stripo using existing templates and supplied assets (copy / images / URL's) and export HTML from Stripo once the email is approved.
Work with stakeholders on email approvals.
Support the email marketing team on exporting Pardot email reports.
Manage event email invites
Qualifications
6 months - 1 year experience using project management tools, preferably Asana.
Basic working knowledge of digital marketing.
Basic understanding of CRM platforms
Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
Able to think critically and exercise independent judgement and discretion.
Excellent attention to detail.
English writing and communication skills in a cross-departmental, global organisation.
Strong time management and organisation skills.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
