About The Role -

An ISM is to engage with potential partner schools remotely and convert them to hot leads or close the final deal. Demonstrating superior product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries. Building relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport. Nurture leads to convert them to customers. Closing customer deals.

Minimum3yearsofrelevantexperienceinInsideSales.

Experienceinbusiness-to-business(B2B)salesisessential.

ProficiencyinEnglishandHindiisMandatory

EducationalqualificationofBachelorsandabove.

Industriespreferences:Ed-tech,E-Commerce.

BPO/KPO,BFSI,SoftwareandTravel/Hospitality.

What you'll do:


Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Understandcustomergoals,plans,challenges,timeline,budget,andauthority.

CaptureLeadDetails&CallOutcomesaccuratelyintheCRM.

DeliverqualityandtailoreddemonstrationsonZoom/GoogleMeettoprospects based on the use cases.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Meetorexceeddefinedsalesactivityandrevenuequota

Achieve & Maintain all Performance Metrics (Daily Call Count - 80 to 120, Meeting Completion Ratio > 85%, Talk time > 2hrs)
