About LEAD Own School:

We started our own schools with the mission to provide excellent education to every child.

We are running four own schools in Taluka areas of Maharashtra, and these schools have

Position: Head of School / Principal

Location: Sholapur District, Maharashtra

CTC: INR 10.0 - 12.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. School Leadership & Management

o Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence, operational

efficiency, and student growth.

o Maintain high operational standards across all aspects of school functioning.

2. Academic Excellence & Student Outcomes

o Ensure the effective execution of curriculum to maximize student learning

outcomes.

o Oversee and support teachers in implementing structured lesson plans and

assessments.

o Drive a culture of continuous teacher development through training,

mentoring, and performance monitoring.

o Regularly review student performance and implement interventions for

improvement.

3. Enrollments & Brand Development

o Drive student enrollment growth through strong community engagement,

school branding, and parent outreach initiatives.

o Ensure high student retention by fostering a positive school experience for

students and parents.

4. Finance & Compliance

o Ensure 100% collection of school fees in a timely manner.

o Maintain compliance with CBSE and state education department regulations.

o Keep all regulatory documents updated and recorded.

5. Infrastructure & Student Safety

o Ensure a safe, hygienic, and conducive learning environment for students and

staff.

o Implement and oversee student safety protocols and emergency

preparedness plans.

6. Stakeholder Management & Representation

o Represent the school in interactions with parents, local government

authorities, and regulatory bodies.

o Build strong relationships with local community stakeholders to enhance the

school’s reputation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 Education: Postgraduate with B.Ed.

 Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a Principal or Vice Principal role (CBSE school

experience preferred).

 Language Proficiency: Marathi-speaking candidates will be given preference.

 Skills: Excellent English communication, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder

management, and strategic planning.
