Snapshot of the Role:

This role will have broad responsibility for the global performance, operations, and strategy of influencer and affiliate programs with executional focus on TikTok ads to meet new sales targets. Additional opportunities exist to own other media channels including but not limited to podcasts, streaming audio, radio, programmatic video, and more.

  • Own influencer and affiliate relationship management via Aspire or Influencer agencies to generate performance-driven user-generated content (UGC) to fuel the TikTok platform
    • Influencer Prospecting & Outreach: Research, identify, and coordinate relationships with influencers through inbound and outbound outreach
    • Campaign Concepting & Briefing: Develop creative and strategic briefs for influencer campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Contract Negotiations & Terms: Coordinate contract agreements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
    • Content Feedback and Monitoring: Monitor influencer content and provide feedback to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
    • Content Approvals: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content is approved and ready for publishing
  • Formulate a winning TikTok media strategy through rigorous channel testing focused on campaign structure, targeting, creative, landing pages, and more
    • Campaign Structure: Own campaign build structures, targeting approach, and landing page destinations as needed to execute strategic campaigns
    • Creative Optimizations: Leverage UGC to identify appropriate briefing, creative approach, and relevant optimizations to elongate creative impact
    • Performance Monitoring: Actively manage daily campaign health focused on performance KPIs of ROAS, CAC, and more
    • Reporting & Insights: Monitor, track, and proactively deliver ongoing performance reports and analyses with a focus on efficiently increasing channel scale in partnership with data analytics
  • Assist with the execution and management of the affiliate program, coordinating communications between our external agency, including the following:
    • Collaborate with external agency to guide messaging outreach for the affiliate program
    • Filtering and approving new affiliate partners in line with program goals
    • Develop and communicate messaging for partner outreach including class launches and promotional events
    • Analyze weekly performance of the affiliate program with the ability to spot gaps and provide unique insight.

  • Experience in a hands-on performance marketing role optimizing towards and reporting on CPA or ROAS targets on TikTok, Instagram, and/or other paid social platforms
  • Successfully managed influencer and talent relationships from start to finish
  • Worked in a highly cross-functional role to coordinate content approvals
  • Knowledge expert across current and emerging paid media platforms with insights into industry, bidding, targeting, creative, and platform best practices and trends

The salary range listed is for NYC/CA/WA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.

MasterClass’s salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. In addition to salary, we also offer equity and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, and more). The range listed is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

Salary Range
$126,000$140,000 USD
