The Role

Motimatic is seeking a freelance B2B Designer with a strong background in creating compelling design assets. In this role, you’ll develop visuals that bring campaigns to life, drive company goals forward, and strengthen brand recognition — spanning B2B ads, organic social, and web graphics. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and has a keen eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Design paid and organic marketing assets, including reusable templates, (B2B/SaaS ad creatives, social graphics, display ads, email visuals, one-pagers, etc.) that engage and inspire.
• Develop graphics for web use — supporting campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Ensure visual and brand consistency across all deliverables, from typography and color to layout and imagery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to align on needs, concepts, and outputs.
• Contribute to the evolution of our brand with designs that resonate with enterprise and education audiences.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally with B2B/SaaS or platform-based companies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects).
• A strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual branding.
• Experience designing for scalability and modularity (e.g., ad toolkits, campaign templates, or digital content systems).
• Excellent attention to detail, including brand alignment and consistency across deliverables.
• Bonus: Familiarity with education, digital advertising, or creative tech startups.
