Our newly formed Sales Enablement team have a fantastic new role to work with our sales teams both within the UK and for our international markets.
Here you’ll be responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the end-to-end enablement lifecycle for sales teams. This will cover onboarding, product mastery and ongoing sales skills development so that SDRs, Consultants, and Account Managers ramp quickly, achieve proficiency, and sustain high performance.
This role ensures sellers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in the UK schools markets (state, MATs, LA, Independent) and International School teams (Groups and single schools). Through structured learning programmes, certifications, and coaching, the role drives measurable improvements in seller capability, adoption of best practices and revenue impact.
Sales Enablement Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a winning structure for onboarding and continuous learning within this new function: Sales Enablement.
- Define frameworks, processes, and governance for seller capability development across SDRs, Consultants, and Account Managers.
- Create scalable programmes that can be adapted for UK and International teams.
- Develop and deliver structured onboarding journeys (Day 0–90) tailored to each sales role.
- Create role-specific playbooks, assessments, and certification paths to accelerate ramp time.
- Launch quarterly learning sprints focused on skills, product updates, and market changes.
- Operationalise a Sales Academy framework, including certification rubrics and status awards.
- Integrate Kaia (conversation intelligence) to identify coaching opportunities from real sales interactions and feed insights into continuous learning programs.
- Ensure all tools are embedded into enablement workflows to maximise adoption and impact.
Skills and experience you can bring:
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and motions for SDRs, Consultants, and Account Managers.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to measuring programme impact.
- Ability to design engaging, role-specific learning experiences.
- Competence with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and reporting tools.
- Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Enjoys friendly competition and uses it to motivate and inspire teams.
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to exceeding objectives.
- Knowledge of UK schools and International schools’ market (desirable)
Additional information:
This is role is a remote role based within the UK with the expectation with some travel to our offices as required.
