About Us
Renaissance® is a global leader in education technology. We help schools and school groups in the UK and around the world with educational assessments, practice and intervention solutions, and data analytics. Renaissance now incorporates GL Assessment (known internationally as GL Education), too – a leading provider of educational assessments.
Together, our assessments offer the ideal starting point to help teachers understand their students’ strengths and pinpoint areas of need. Our teaching and learning tools then provide effective next steps, with online literacy and maths solutions that meet students exactly where we are.
Worldwide, we support over 18 million students, operating in over 100 countries.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join us in driving growth across key international markets. This is a wide-ranging, high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference—perfect for marketers who are proactive, creative, and ready to take ownership.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working closely with our international sales teams, you'll design and deliver marketing activity that drives customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention. You'll own campaign execution, contribute to strategic planning, and help shape how we show up in different regions.
We're looking for someone who's hands-on and solutions-focused—someone with a keen eye for quality, a strong sense of ownership, and a drive to continuously improve. You'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where data informs decisions, creative thinking is valued, and everyone's voice matters.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel regional marketing campaigns within budget
- Collaborate with Sales to understand local market opportunities and customer needs
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging resonates across diverse audiences
- Create and deliver campaign assets using tools like Canva, Marketo, and Knak
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using Marketo and CRM dashboards
- Communicate insights and plans clearly with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Support lead conversion by working with Sales to create content that moves opportunities forward
- Maintain accurate records of activity and engagement using CRM and automation tools
- Analyse market trends and translate insights into engaging, accessible content and strategies
- Champion the Renaissance brand, staying connected to the EdTech landscape and customer needs
Who You Are
You're an organised, energetic marketer who loves balancing big-picture thinking with getting things done. You take pride in high-quality work and bring both creativity and commercial awareness to everything you do.
🌟 Experience and Skills We're Looking For:
- Experience in a marketing role—ideally in SaaS, Tech, or EdTech
- Background in lead generation and demand generation
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and marketing tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus!)
- A global mindset—you understand the nuances of different markets and audiences
- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and communication skills
- Willing to travel occasionally for customer events
- A true collaborator with a curious, open mindset—you enjoy building relationships and learning from others
