We are hiring a Data Analyst Lead to help implement and drive a reporting and analytics cadence that will support our Go-To-Market organization. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can quickly become the go-to person for practical insights and initiative results. This role will play a huge part in supporting our GTM strategy. As such, this role requires a strong mix of analytical and reporting skills, along with business insight. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within a high-focus area of our business.

What you’ll own:

  • Develop statistical models and machine-learning algorithms

  • Coordinate the ongoing data analysis projects and results

  • Review data analyst work for quality and consistency. Make recommendations for areas of improvement.

  • Analyze sales data and proactively identify areas to make the sales machine run faster

  • Deep understanding of CRM data and its impact on the business

  • Perform sales and customer success data analysis to improve forecasting

  • Work with RSO leadership to prioritize the team's time and workload

  • Direct a team of revenue operations professionals

Experience you’ll need:

  • BA/BS degree in a field such as Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related field

  • 8+ years' experience working in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or similar

  • 6+ years people management experience

  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, CRM software like Salesforce, and database tools like SQL, Snowflake, Python, etc.

  • Experience using statistics for deeper analytics, has built multiple ML models

  • Strong business understanding and exposure to GTM Strategy, Sales Pipeline Management, Channel/Partner Stragey, Customer Success, and Professional Services Strategy

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience leading projects and strong track record of delivering against bold timelines

  • Excellent communication / listening / presentation skills

  • Understanding of Data Integration (ELT) Tools such as Fivetran, BigQuery, Stitch, Airflow, or Mulesoft would be nice to have

  • Interest in AI technologies and how they can be applied in data analytics
