Job Description:

We all love company-wide benefits, don't we? Compensation analysts are experts in labor and compensation structures and are an organization's key researcher for all things remuneration. They inform, via their research, what to pay each position, how often to give raises, what competitors are offering in their compensation packages, and more.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs enable Pluralsight to attract, reward, and retain top talent
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs are in alignment and supportive of Pluralsight’s mission, vision and Total Rewards philosophy
  • Analyze, design, implement, and report on compensation, incentive, and benefit programs and policies
  • Perform job analysis, evaluation, market research, and analysis of salary rates with respect to compensation levels for the organization, and provide recommendations for job pricing and compensation offers
  • Stay apprised of industry trends and identify opportunities for enhancement to existing policies, practices and plans
  • Assist in the operation of base salary and annual short and long-term incentive compensation programs and processes, internal and external benchmarking analyses, pay positioning, and communication
  • Utilize strong data analysis skills, a solid understanding of the regulatory environment and business acumen to anticipate and develop scalable solutions to people and business issues impacted by Total Rewards

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Fluency with Excel
  • Experience solving analytical business problems using data
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects and engaging stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise HRIS systems such as Workday
  • Experience with Radford compensation survey platform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in compensation, finance, accounting, or a similar quantitative role
