We are seeking a talented and creative digital designer. Your primary responsibility will be to design marketing materials that bring the brand to life and resonate with our target audience. You will be expected to apply a conceptual approach to design and also have knowledge of UX design principles since most of the work will involve creating layouts and images for emails and web pages. You must be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including but not limited to emails, product gifs, and landing pages
• Create responsive layouts and hand off your files to a developer so that they can be easily built
• Collaborate with our video editor to develop storyboards for our videos
• Adhere to brand guidelines in all design work, and use our design system when designing content for our website
• Produce strong visuals that are engaging and performance based
• Use advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator to create high-quality images and Figma to hand off web work
• Always design with business goals in mind
• Create simple, minimal graphics for company branding and logo design
• Work closely with our agency partners to produce ads for social media

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and willing to work (mostly) during EST hours
• Experience designing for the web
• A portfolio of digital design work showcasing strong visual design skills and creativity
• Proficiency in Figma: must be able to set up an email or webpage in Figma so that a developer can build it
• Experience working with design systems
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs
• Experience working closely with design partners / contractors to determine a creative vision and oversee processes
• Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, designers, and developers to refine and finalize designs
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
