Overview of the Role:

The Staff Product Manager for Growth is a key leadership role that will oversee growth strategies across all QuillBot products, including conversion optimization and pricing plans that drive our business forward. You will optimize user conversion flows, set pricing strategies across international markets and user segments, and align growth initiatives with user needs and business objectives. You will work closely with product managers across multiple QuillBot products to create consistent, intuitive tactics for monetization that emphasize user value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for user conversion and pricing across all QuillBot products, in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize conversion funnels, including user onboarding, activation, and subscription flows, to maximize user acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and iterate pricing strategies that align with user value, competitive positioning, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improving conversion and pricing models. Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to implement and test new conversion tactics and pricing experiments.
  • Engage with data science teams to leverage data insights for enhancing conversion performance and making data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Present regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics, growth initiatives, and performance against revenue goals.

Skills and Qualification:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on growth, conversion optimization, or pricing strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, and A/B testing tools.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful conversion and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, effective at working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Experience with subscription-based products and familiarity with pricing experimentation and optimization.
  • Ability to set and track ambitious, measurable goals using frameworks such as OKRs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML technologies is a plus, as is an understanding of their impact on product growth and pricing opportunities.
