The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for Spanish-Speaking Markets to lead QuillBot’s growth in Spain and Mexico, with future expansion into Latin America. This role owns go-to-market strategy, regional marketing execution and supports product localization. You will be the bridge between our global marketing strategy and what works locally—from campaign design to vendor/influencer partnerships, SEO, paid media, content, and more.

Here are some ways you’ll make an impact
- Lead the planning, execution, and performance of marketing strategies, starting in Spain and Mexico: SEO, paid media, influencer & affiliate marketing, content, and brand campaigns.
- Localize product, pricing, features, messaging, and content to meet cultural, regulatory, and user expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics including subscribers, churn, CAC, LTV, ROAS, engagement, and retention; iterate quickly to optimize.
- Identify local partnerships, agencies, influencers, and organizations to boost awareness and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot opportunities, trends, and threats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Product, Linguistics, Content, SEO, Global Marketing, Customer Success.
- Support local analysts, freelancers and/or vendors to scale local execution capability.
- Develop and present expansion strategy for additional Spanish-speaking markets (e.g. Chile, Colombia, Ecuador) in first year.
Are you our Regional Marketing Manager?
- Native Spanish speaker + fluent in English.
- 6-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in regional / country roles.
- Proven track record in Spain and/or Mexico for SEO, paid media, or brand growth.
- Experience in localization (product, marketing, strategy).
- Data-driven mindset: strong experience with subscription-related metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS; comfortable using analytics tools.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to manage remote/contracted team members.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you can set direction, adapt, and execute fast with little oversight.
Bonus Points
- Experience in SaaS, AI, EdTech, or consumer tech products.
- Exposure to LATAM markets beyond Spain & Mexico.
- Affiliate or influencer marketing experience in Spanish-speaking markets.
- Experience with scaling marketing operations / setting up local measurement/tracking.
- Familiar with content and community marketing in regional/local contexts.
