Our team is on a mission to motivate every student and our learning platform is used by more than 60 million people per month in more than 125 countries, including over 80% of U.S. schools.
We've recently launched VoyageMath, an interactive middle school supplemental math platform designed to compete in the rapidly growing math practice market alongside players like IXL, Khan Academy, and DreamBox. Our unique approach transforms mistakes into learning opportunities through our breakthrough StepGuide feature.
We are seeking a strong Growth Marketing manager to drive adoption and market penetration for VoyageMath in the competitive supplemental math practice space, focused on the US Market. You'll be instrumental in executing go-to-market strategies and directly contributing to our growth in K-12 math education.

What you'll do...

  • Execute go-to-market campaigns: Support product launches and feature releases with tactical marketing execution, from email campaigns to webinar coordination
  • Performance marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to drive qualified leads and trial sign-ups
  • Campaign execution: Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting K-12 math educators and administrators
  • Competitive intelligence: Research and analyze competitors (IXL, Khan Academy, DreamBox, Prodigy) to identify positioning opportunities and market gaps
  • Content creation: Write and produce marketing materials including blog posts, case studies, sales sheets, and demo scripts that highlight VoyageMath's unique value proposition
  • Customer research: Conduct interviews with teachers, administrators, and instructional coaches to understand adoption barriers and success drivers
  • Sales enablement: Create and maintain sales collateral, battle cards, and objection-handling guides specifically for the supplemental math market

Who you are...

  • 1-4 years of experience in driving User growth through data-driven marketing strategies, including performance marketing
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to translate technical features into compelling benefits
  • Comfortable with data analysis and using marketing tools like Braze, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Interest in education and understanding of K-12 classroom dynamics
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentDetail-oriented with strong project management skills

Bonus if you have...

  • Experience in B2C SaaS marketing, particularly in education
  • Understanding of math instruction challenges in middle school
  • Familiarity with EdTech procurement processes and decision-making stakeholders
  • Experience with webinar platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems
