We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to join our School & District monetization and demand generation team. It’s a hands-on strategy and execution position for someone who thrives on diagnosing bottlenecks, running structured experiments, and translating insights into measurable business impact. You’ll own projects end-to-end, from framing hypotheses to launching tests, analyzing results, and scaling what works.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, working cross-functionally, and driving growth through structured experimentation, this role offers the opportunity to apply your consulting toolkit in a fast-moving, high-leverage environment.
What you'll do...
- Structured Experimentation – Design and execute growth experiments across customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
- End-to-End Ownership – Lead 2–3 experiments per sprint with full accountability for execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with product, sales, design, and engineering to unlock growth opportunities.
- Analytical Insight – Define success metrics, build queries/dashboards, and communicate learnings in weekly/quarterly reviews.
- Playbook Creation – Distill insights from experiments into repeatable frameworks for the broader team.
- Pipeline Impact – Contribute directly to revenue initiatives tied to curriculum alignment, equity, and product-led growth.
Who you are...
- Background: 3–5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent analytical roles.
- High Aptitude and High Empathy: A quick learner who cares about our mission, users, and collaborators.
- Structured Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design hypothesis-driven approaches.
- Analytical Rigor: Comfortable with data, funnel metrics, and experimentation. SQL or BI tools a plus, but not required.
- Bias to Action: Thrives in ambiguity, prioritizes impact, and iterates quickly.
- Hands-On Operator: Excited to roll up sleeves, build campaigns/tests, and learn new tools as needed.
- Cross-Functional Agility: Able to collaborate with product, engineering, design, and sales to drive outcomes.
- Clear Communicator: Distills insights and recommendations for stakeholders across levels.
Salary Range
