About Wayground
Wayground is one of the fastest-growing EdTech platforms in the world, motivating millions of students every day. Our learning platform serves 75+ million people monthly across 150+ countries — including 90% of U.S. schools.
We’re backed by phenomenal investors, sustainable revenue growth, and an incredible team. If you’re excited to help build a global learning company with a mission you can stand behind, Wayground is the place for you.
About the Team
The K-12 Strategy team is Wayground’s central nervous system — connecting Product and Go-To-Market teams to ensure every choice we make raises the bar for educational quality, efficacy, and impact. We’re a team of educators and edtech nerds who bring curiosity, rigor, and humility to everything we do, driving functions across product marketing, enablement, and industry partnerships.
Role Overview
The Enablement Manager is a bridge between Wayground’s product innovation and the real-world experiences of K-12 educators. You’ll train and equip our Sales and Success teams to understand not just what our products do — but why they matter in classrooms, PLCs, and district decision-making.
You’ll translate deep educational expertise into impactful enablement programs, live demos, and storytelling that connect product features to pedagogical approaches, research, and funding priorities — ensuring every customer-facing conversation resonates with authenticity and educational value.

  • Host open office hours for sales consultation and support
  • Develop and maintain enablement assets — decks, battle cards, talk tracks, and competitive positioning
  • Pre-Sales & Solution Support
  • Partner with Sales in high-stakes conversations and demos that require educational expertise
  • Tailor presentations and implementation models to district goals and improvement plans
  • Contribute to RFPs, bids, and proposals with compelling educational framing
  • Product & Market Intelligence
  • Relay educator insights and adoption feedback to Product and Marketing teams
  • Track competitive moves and emerging education technology trends
