What you'll do

  • Nurture leads by educating prospects and developing them until they’re ready for a demo
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend the right product pathways.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and follow-ups.
  • Run secondary research on districts, roles, budgets, and priorities to personalize outreach
  • Partner closely with sales managers throughout the lead lifecycle.

Must have

  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner with a natural interest in sales, GTM, and customer psychology
  • Comfortable with CRM workflows and working in a structured, high-growth environment
  • Organized, proactive, and accountable - someone who executes and follows through
  • Comfortable working in US time zones

Good to have

  • Experience in SaaS sales, B2B inside sales, or high-ticket B2C sales
  • Background in mass communication, journalism, media, marketing, creative writing, or business
  • Exposure to education/edtech or the U.S. K–12 ecosystem
  • Familiarity with sales analytics or scheduling tools
  • Experience personalizing outreach through research or content
