We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help us scale our demand generation and revenue engine. You’ll play an integral role in the systems, workflows, and campaigns that contribute to measurable lead and pipeline outcomes. From data segmentation to automated nurture sequences to managing data flows across CRM and marketing tools, you’ll ensure our marketing automation is efficient, data-driven, and built for scale.
What you'll do:
- Build out data- and audience- driven segmentation to increase email engagement and deliverability for key school & district audiences.
- Create, A/B test, and optimize nurture campaigns, sequences, and automations in tools like HubSpot, Outreach, and Zapier.
- Partner with growth marketers to operationalize experiments via automation.
- Maintain clean and accurate data across marketing and sales systems, supporting better reporting and segmentation.
- Set up dashboards and reporting to measure campaign and experiment performance.
Who you are:
- 1–3 years experience in Marketing Automation, Marketing/Revenue/Sales Ops, Sales Support, or BizOps
- Experience using Hubspot (required)
- Experience writing email copy and running A/B tests
- Exposure to tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent
- Strong ability to track, analyze, and troubleshoot campaign performance and lead flow.
- Comfort with working U.S. hours and communicating across time zones
- Excellent written English for async updates and Slack/email communication
