We are looking for a high-ownership Partner Success & Renewals Manager to drive retention and growth across our reseller-led business. This role sits at the intersection of customer success and partnerships.

You will work closely with partners to ensure successful onboarding, strong product adoption, and seamless renewals across accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end renewals across partner-led accounts and proactively manage retention
  • Work with partners to ensure effective onboarding of end customers (districts, schools, teachers)
  • Enable partners with play-books, best practices, and ongoing support
  • Monitor usage and account health to identify gaps and drive adoption
  • Run lifecycle programs and campaigns to drive engagement
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Partner Managers for expansion

Who you are:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Success
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS or partner-led ecosystems is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with usage and account data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership with a focus on outcomes and accountability
  • Empathetic, customer-first approach with commercial awareness
