Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketer to own and accelerate our B2B marketing efforts, with primary focus on driving ProfAI awareness and generating qualified leads for our enterprise transformation services. This role is critical to achieving our 2026 revenue goals and will directly support our transition to an enterprise-focused business model.
You'll work closely with our sales team, our enterprise delivery team, and our product team to position Section as the premier AI transformation partner for large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
ProfAI marketing and lead generation
Own the ProfAI enterprise marketing strategy and drive ProfAI awareness, leads, pipeline, and closed-won deals by developing and executing marketing campaigns that showcase ProfAI as the leading AI coaching solution
Work closely with the content marketing team to turn TOF leads into ProfAI meetings and closed-won deals
Support the sales team in selling ProfAI with sales enablement materials, positioning, demos, and more
Optimize product-led growth by working with the ProfAI product team to implement PLG features and use ProfAI as a lead generation engine
Manage ProfAI marketing budget and lead nurture campaigns to convert prospects into sales conversations
Enterprise services marketing
Position Section's expertise in AI transformation and change management
Work closely with the content marketing team to generate and nurture high-value leads for our large enterprise AI transformation services
Support sales process with compelling collateral, case studies, and prospect nurture sequences
Track and optimize enterprise lead quality and conversion rates
Create enterprise-focused content including whitepapers, case studies, and educational resources that demonstrate ROI and transformation outcomes
Marketing operations and strategy
Own marketing funnel optimization from awareness through sales handoff, with focus on enterprise buyer journey
Oversee implementation of marketing automation, lead scoring, and attribution tracking
Analyze and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI across channels
Requirements
Must-have experience
5+ years B2B marketing experience with focus on enterprise/large account marketing
Proven track record generating qualified leads for high-ACV ($50K+) solutions
Analytics-driven approach with experience in attribution, funnel optimization, and ROI measurement
Daily AI user with deep curiosity about the role of AI in the enterprise
Optional / preferred qualifications
SaaS/technology marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software
Content marketing skills including ability to create technical content for enterprise audiences
Product marketing background with experience launching and positioning B2B software products
Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to support complex, consultative sales processes

Compensation
Competitive salary range of $150,000-$180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
