Job Description
The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately processing orders on a daily basis. This includes provisioning accounts, verifying orders in our CRM, and completing various additional requests. The Specialist partners closely with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal requirements. This role reports to Finance and supports the administrative and operational needs of the Global Sales Team. The position also manages regular and ad hoc projects, gathering information and coordinating with multiple departments across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders by managing and working through the assigned case queue.
- Provision new and existing customer accounts across multiple platforms for various products.
- Process requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues related to purchases or provisioning in coordination with the appropriate internal teams.
- Respond to email inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners across the organization.
- Provide support to cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance, Support, and Product teams globally.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of our products, sales workflows, expectations, and order processes.
- Perform additional administrative duties and support projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Capable of working independently and performing well under pressure.
- Action-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to adapt quickly and change direction with little to no notice.
- A degree is not required; candidates may be recent graduates with ambition or individuals with transactional work experience. This is a junior-level role.
