What You’ll Be Doing
- Compiling all necessary information for student enrollment via Google Forms, ensuring seamless processes for subscription and cancellations
- Creating lists using Excel and Google Sheets for learner registration management based on specific criteria such as spoken language and payment status, utilizing marketing and communications tools
- Monitoring payments and subscriptions confirmations via a financial tool
- Assisting in verifying learner account activations
- Providing support by addressing inquiries and double-checking information as needed
- Work closely with the Customer Success Department to support with new projects and more operational tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple operational processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in utilizing ChatGPT for automation and support.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Ability to perform analysis for improved operational strategies.
